I just obliterated my previous post...so will try to reconstruct. Bear with me!
We are expecting these photos to be among the last that are partially done. Our plumber and HVAC guys passed inspection on Friday. Electrical gets inspected on Monday with the final inspection for the Certificate of Occupancy scheduled for Wednesday. Cleaning on Friday and Saturday which means we move on Sunday, Feb 5! Yay!
First, an apology for an inaccurate last post. the single "solar panel" I noted was in fact our solar hot water panel. It will use the sun to heat our water and then store it in a tank in the garage. We have a back-up boiler for those days when the sun is not out much (very few!) or when we need to shower when the sun is not yet up.

You can see they removed the construction fence and are starting to grate the soil all around the house. Tiling is about done and here are some updates of their work:

The kitchen appliances will be set on Monday, but the kitchens are looking a lot more complete.

Once we finish inside, the landscaping starts...about mid-Feb. Karin's sister Kris (the third KP and professional gardner) will be visiting in less than two weeks to help design the gardens. Yay!
